Save My Living Room: Ugly Chair Contest Official Rules To enter Save My Living Room: Ugly Chair Contest you must be 18 years or older and reside within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 States). Contest entrants must submit a picture of the ugly chair currently being used by the contestant or a friend or family member, along with a colorful description of the chair's ugliness (or other negative characteristics such as nastiness, crustiness, lack of comfort or other negative qualities). Contestants must also describe how the Ekornes Stressless chair would be an improvement versus the current chair if the contestant wins the contest. By entering the contest, entrants agree that Smart Furniture owns and has the right to use all images and descriptions submitted by the contestant in any manner Smart Furniture deems appropriate, including posting such materials on one or more public websites, blogs, social media sites, Facebook, etc. Entrants must complete the contest entry form with true and accurate information. Failure to complete the entry form with accurate information will make it difficult for us to contact the winners and may result in disqualification. Also, all winners agree that Smart Furniture shall have the right to publicly announce the names and pictures of the winners, including a photograph of the winners and the prizes awarded, which the contestants agree to submit upon receiving notice of their winning entry. Submissions will be collected and posted from August 1-August 31, 2010. The Grand Prize Winner will be chosen by the highest number of online votes and will receive a FREE Stressless Chair of their choice* from SmartFurniture.com. The Second Place Prize, a $500 gift card to SmartFurniture.com, will go to the participant with the second-highest number of votes. In addition to the Grand Prize and Second Place Prize, five submissions will be chosen at random to receive $50 gift cards to SmartFurniture.com. The contest officially ends at 5:00 p.m. EST on August 31, 2010. All winners will be announced on September 1, 2010. Contestants may submit more than one entry, so enter early and often. Good luck!
