Branch Dining Table
by Blu Dot
At A Glance:
If the Branch Dining Table were to tell a story, it would likely be a story of adventure and mysterious happenings. This table looks like it's seen a lot, been in quite a few interesting places. Rustic, yet urbane - polished, yet weathered. Its solid oak tabletop is propped up by black powder-coated steel legs, from whose shape this well-proportioned dining table derives its name.
The Branch Dining Table is available in two sizes: 76" or 91" wide. The smaller 76" width is perfect for smaller spaces, like lofts or apartments, and the 91" table is great for when you need seating for the entire family.
What's To Like:
Juxtaposition. Predictably named, the Branch Dining Table nevertheless breaks from the norm by featuring "branches" made from steel - not what you'd expect a branch to be made from. Put the black steel legs under a thick oak top, and you get harmony between two disparate elements. We love it.
What's Not to Like:
Those who are prone to tripping on things may have their work cut out for them when trying to avoid kicking the splayed legs of this dining table. If you have enough space to work with, it shouldn't be a concern - we're just throwing that out there for you to consider.
The Bottom Line:
The Branch Dining Table by Blu Dot its a great modern interpretation of a pub-style table, and it lends a warmth to any dinner setting simply by virtue of its homespun design and solid tabletop.
