Winner of the Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design,the CHIP Bar Stool has an exalted place among bar furniture. The stool is constructed of molded plywood and steel. It is stackable, light, portable, and perfect for the home, office, cafeteria, or hospitality area. The CHIP Bar Stool is available in several colors, including white,orange, red, natural birch, grey, black and blue.

Born in Helsinki,Finland, young product designer Antti Kotilainen has created a variety of products for both residential and contract applications. Kotilainen was educated at Finland's esteemed Lahti Design Institute and was the recipient of the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design's prestigious Good Design Award in 2002. A versatile designer who values practicality, experimentation and intuition, he says of his craft: A writer writes on life, a designer designs on life.
