At A Glance: Following the simple, clean design cues of other coordinating pieces of the Currency home office furniture collection, the Quarter Bookcase offers an ample amount of storage and provides a great way of utilizing unused corner space. All the while, the small size doubles as an extension to any Currency desk to provide additional worksurface space and storage, and the large size slides neatly up against the taller storage pieces in the Currency line.
What's To Like: It's a sturdy bookshelf! The short version is sized to fit right up next to any Currency desk at the same height as the desktop, and the tall version is the same height as Currency's tall storage pieces. Solid, heavy, and durable construction makes it a great choice for the heavy binders you keep near you, and a plus is that the short version provides extra worksurface area.
What's Not to Like: Though it's not a flaw in design, these bookshelves are pretty heavy. One person can move the short one, but it'll take two to move the tall shelf. But once you have it in place, heavy becomes an asset. Just watch those pointy corners!
The Bottom Line: If you need both more workspace, and a bookcase for binders or those heavy books, then this is a good choice. The sturdy Currency Quarter Bookcase will hold your stuff for a long, long time.
