Delivery was prompt, but the product arrived broken. Is not packaged as good as it should be to protect the product. The break was on the bottom of the shelf and not big enough to make it worth sending back but it is noticeable if you look up at it.

I was thrilled to find the floating shelf with the exact dementions I wanted. However, the wall anchors included were faulty, leaving six large holes in my wall. I had to purchase addition anchors to fix my dilemma. So a 20 minute project took hours. I finally installed the shelf successfully and can't be more pleased.

These shelves are great. We are short on cabinet space so I bought three of them to shelve my wine and martini glasses. They look amazing. The only thing we would suggest is getting better hardware for installation. We bought some stronger hardware and I have about 12 glasses on each 24 in. Shelf. Would highly recommend.

These shelves are great! I wanted deep shelves to be used for toy storage. Shelves angle up at outside edge to prevent items from rolling/sliding off. Easy install. One arrived damaged and Smart Furniture sent replacement quickly. Great shelves, great service.

I used this shelf to place the center speaker of my surround sound system on. That black finish matched my center speaker black finish perfectly. The hidden support made for a more seamless appearance. I am very satisfied with this choice.

I bought six shelves and two were not properly manufactured. Of the two replaced shelves sent by customer service, one had a bent bracket. The shelves had problems in their manufacturing. The metal brackets were sometimes bent. the holes that the backet slides into sometimes were not drilled accurately so that the shelf had to be forced into them; as a result, I was not able to srew in the screws that hold the shelves to the brackets.

Customer service was great. I called with the problems which included damage from shipping and improper manufucturing. They relplaced them without question. I received the replacements within 5 days.

Definitely would recommend. Prior to purchase, I checked out other comments saying that the color was very dark, close to black, which I wanted trying to match them to a cabinet so that helped me decided to purchase them. Small flaws in the finish, but not noticeable when up on the wall. Great price.

I bought these shelves to display retail products & they look fantastic! Although I know there was some difficulty installing them with the provided screws - from what I understand they were just kind of cheap & didn't go in very well but, it was a simple fix with replacements. Outside of that they look fantastic & really maximize small spaces.

I bought four of these shelves and mounted them on the wall in my family room. As my family room is small, I didn't want to clutter the limited floor space with regular bookshelves but needed something to display decorative items & photos. These were the perfect solution. They are good looking and were easy to install. I purchased the espresso color which is almost a black finish. The shelves complement my flat panel tv and stereo components really well. And you can't beat the price. Great product.

The shelves are very light weight. They say a 4' shelf is rated to 30lb, but I'm not going to test it. My main concern was the mediocre quality of the mounting bracket: it is a ~1" x 24" piece of flat steel plate, but it's not even one straight piece - it's three short pieces of scrap steel welded together, end-to-end (and not perfectly in alignment). Of the two shelves I bought, both mounting brackets were bent and uneven. You can only get it level if you have a level long enough to set on the 2 pegs. Once installed, they look good. I'm pretty adept at installing stuff like this, so it was only some minor headaches, but I could see how some not-so-handy people might struggle.

I purchased these floating shelves to hold towels in the bathroom...very light weight. The hardware was not designed well and we were unable to get the shelves to hang level no matter what we tried. They would pitch forward and down not holding even the smallest amount of towels. I was very disappointed. I bought s larger size at [...] and they worked terrific in the office holding binders and other decor they also look beautiful, but needed a smaller size for the bathroom. I spent [$] for something that did not work at all.
