Absolutely does not live up to the Herman Miller name. Its cheap quality construction and wobbly. The instruction manual is something that applies to an assembly shop rather than a home. Very disappointing and returned the item

Thsi stand works beautifully & is sturdy with no wobbling. Also is more attractive than any other laptop stands that I looked at. I took one star away because it is quite expensive - but you do get what you pay for, I guess. It was easy to assemble - went together with 2 of us in about 15 minutes. I wasn't sure what to expect & if this would fit my needs but am more than pleased with the results.

My current desk does not have a keyboard tray. Because of the size of the desk purchasing a normal tray was difficult. When I found this item I thought it would be the perfect solution. It was assembled by one of our maintenance staff. He had trouble getting the screws to stay tight without it wobbling. I added a chop stick and sticky notepad to various areas and it works great! It does meet everything I wanted it to with minor alterations.

Finally a beautiful and functional laptop stand. Super styling and quality, too. The wood top is a has beautiful graining and color. I like how it lowers and then can slide under a table to move out of the way.

The packaging could be a little better inside to protect the corners of the wood top. It arrive with a very minor corner ding.

Great for people who need to spend hours working on a notebook computer. Adjusts to many different heights and slopes, easy to move if necessary. Made a huge difference for my carpal tunnel syndrome. It was a difficult to get the screws into the hardwood top piece, holes were predrilled but very tight. Tip: rub the screws in bar soap and consider using a power screwdriver! I would not have been able to get the screws in myself, fortunately, my son was visiting!
