At A Glance: The T-Table originated from the confluence of designer Patricia Urquiola's creativity and Kartell's capability and technological know-how. Because the Kartell T-Table is produced using acrylic resin, it can withstand rain, heat, and the elements - all while maintaining its fade-resistant transparent color.
What's Not to Like: You can likely get a less expensive side table, if you really want to. Also, there are holes in the tabletop. Avoid it if you need a solid surface (though we love the lacy pattern).

I placed this table (tall) next to an antique Louis XVI chair. I love the juxtapositon, thinking it makes the chair much less stuffy. This is a quality table that can hold its own in a modern or traditional setting.
Contrary to the common idea, products in plastic materials are highly ecological for the reason that they can be recycled (with the exception of polyurethane, little used in Kartell products). Thus, Kartell products can be easily recycled. In order to simplify the recycling process, the various components of Kartell products can be easily separated and reduced to elements made of one single material. Moreover, the plastic parts of each product carry, clearly printed, an identification mark to determine the correct classification of the different kinds of plastic and their effective recycling.
