Mirage TV Stand At A Glance:
Mirage's understated design and sleek black finish make it a sharp choice to support a gloss black TV. Mirage features a black glass top, doors that are fronted with grey tinted tempered glass, and a satin black base and sides. Components are concealed behind IR-friendly, soft-close doors. The BDI Mirage TV Stand includes adjustable shelves with flow-through ventilation, hidden wheels, and removable back panels for easy access to cables and component connections.

The Mirage Media Stand's top shelf holds up to 150 lbs, and the interior shelves provide more than enough strength for your components, unless you plan on stacking gold bricks inside. If you do, please take a picture so we can all enjoy the sight of massive amounts of gold in a TV stand.

Recommended TV size: the Mirage TV Stand holds flat panel TVs up to 65".

What's To Like:
This TV stand is low, sized for small to large flat panel TVs at 61" wide, and features plenty of space inside for all your components. It's got IR-friendly glass so you'll never need to open the doors to change channels or skip scenes on a DVD.

What's Not to Like:
While Mirage does many things well, it's an expensive solution. We think it's worth the money, with its superb functionality and good looks - but it's still pricey.

The Mirage media center is a multi-functional entertainment center that is well-suited for anyone with a larger space who wants to display a flat panel TV and conceal components without losing use of the remote control. The Mirage TV Stand is available in 2 different models: a 3-door model (8227 shown here) and a 2-door model (8224).

This BDI entertainment center accommodates the optional Arena TV Mount. With simple hardware, the Arena TV Mount securely fastens your flatscreen TV to your entertainment center. Arena is the perfect alternative to wall mounting your television and features a swiveling mounting bracket.
