Hi, and welcome to the Mirra Chair video review. I'm Karen . Hey that's me! I have to tell you, I really like the Mirra Chair. Maybe more than liked. OK, I loved the Mirra Chair.
First of all, it's really comfy. The backing was flexible and supportive, and the seat felt like it was perfectly padded, even though it's actually very tightly woven mesh fabric and molded plastic. Very ergonomic.
And I think it's pretty. The Mirra Chair was designed by Studio 7.5, a German Outfit that also designed the Setu Chair. Mirra features intricate cuttings in the back of the chair, that not only look great, but actually contribute to the Mirra's flexibility and comfort rating. I'm also impressed by the mesh of the seat. It's attractive and well made, but it also provides really exceptional comfort.
It's green conscious too, which we love at Smart Furniture. Much of the material used to build the Mirra Chair is recycled, and almost all of it is recyclable. The Mirra Chair is MBDC Cerfified for chemical safety, is safe for indoor air quality, and can even contribute to LEED credits.
Another thing you might not hear discussed a lot but was very important to me was fit. The Mirra was nearly perfect. The mesh seat and the cutout back both mold themselves to me, and the armrests, height, and tension are all easily adjustable. A lot of times chairs are very rigid, and more often they're made too large to try and fit everyone, without actually accommodating anyone.
The Mirra was different. It was just right. Not too deep, or high, or low, and even if it had been, I could have just adjusted it until it was perfect.
So what did I learn about the Mirra Chair? It's comfortable, it's well designed, it's conscientious, and it looks great. And hey it fits me perfectly. So I get to keep it right?
