We get the feeling that if the Perimeter Lamp was around back then, Daphne would have been singing about how she wanted her heart to be caged. I mean, just look at it! That's one handsome floor lamp. Stable, powder-coated steel rods form the structure of the Perimeter Floor Lamp's base, and the color does more than just encompass the lamp - it brings an entirely new, fresh character to idea of a lamp in the first place. The Perimeter Floor Lamp is available with a bright blue, highlighter yellow, or white powder-coated steel base.

What's To Like:
Color combined with stability. The Perimeter Lamp's one of those lamps that's not going to hide in the corner - it's 18" in diameter, which means that at some point, your kid will run into it. The good news is that it's a really stable contraption. And, it's cheerily bright, so perhaps the color will warn the little critter off before the lamp gets bumped.

What's Not to Like:
Maybe the only thing to dis-like would be its calling card - the bright color. Perimeter stands out in a crowd, and if you want something that blends in more, you'll be dissatisfied with this floor lamp.

One of the brighter floor lamps we've seen in a while, the Perimeter Floor Lamp from Blu Dot will be an exuberant, well-made addition to any lively home.
