And Gary Kasparov wouldn't understand why this sweet little lamp is called the Rook Lamp, but that's OK. Solid walnut with a linen shade and gray cord, the lamp's base has a balance that enables it to be balanced on any of its three legs if you need directional light - or just because you enjoy oddity.
