Slant-Back Bookcase

Ideally, when you're storing books, you don't want to just hide them away. You want to show them off, let them pull your guests toward them, have them visible for when you feel like curling up with a book. To that end, a good bookcase is essential, and we think this one strikes a good balance between style and price.
What's To Like:
It's classy! Slanted slightly toward the top, starting at the second shelf from the bottom, this bookcase creates the effect of being part of the room, instead of looming into it. It's nicely designed with woodwork-like details. And with two fixed shelves, three adjustable shelves, and plenty of height, it'll keep track of a ton of books.
What's Not to Like:
Made from MDF with a melamine laminate, it doesn't have the same richness a real wood bookshelf would. But then again, when you're on a budget, a good laminate is a great option.
The Bottom Line:
For the price you'll be paying, you're getting a whole lot of bookcase. Sturdy and attractive, the Slant-Back Bookcase is a good choice for budget-conscious (but still stylish!) bookworms.
