When not discussing sports or politics, he's writing SQL statements, coding up a storm, and conjuring up new ways to make our website run smoother, faster, and more efficiently. James is always looking to make things better, not wanting to sit around the dinner table of complacency, stating "The idea is that we can always do it better. What has been one of the most rewarding experiences while working here? "Seeing ARS, our in-house-developed content management system, really grow into the monster it has become."
