Karen Jennings Customer Service Meet Karen, or KJ as she's better known to us, possibly one of the sweetest people you could ever meet via the phone or in person. When she's not coming up with solutions to handle customer concerns, she's racking up points for having the most stalkers coming from our online chat service. Crazy, huh?! Plus, its cool to work in an environment where we can bring our pets (dogs & ducks!) to work with us. I loved having my hands in all aspects of our young company. Learning about production, operations, marketing, sales, and being able to offer my talents in customer service was awesome. But more importantly, I loved working with such a unique and lively bunch of people. He came about during a pivotal moment in American History and I would want to know what he would have wanted to accomplish had his second term not ended so abruptly. What would he have considered America's greatest strengths and weaknesses? Would he have done things differently and if so, how? Who did he look up to? What legacy did he want to leave behind?" Something about you that not a lot of people know about? "I have music-color synesthesia and was a child model. (It sucks to peak at 2 years old). :)" What has been one of the most rewarding experiences while working here? "I love my customers and being able to help them gives me the biggest thrill. I love the challenge of assisting customers that others may find "difficult" If I can turn a frown upside down for a customer and they can walk away feeling that someone genuinely cared about their issue and did all they could to resolve their concerns, then I know I have been successful at my job."
