Graceful floating shelves add presence to any wall space. A bestseller in the Blu Dot Wonder Wall line, these wall shelves have a powder coated ivory shelf with a walnut veneer or ivory lacquered back panel. The best thing about them may be their versatility; create the floating storage you want by combining finishes for fun, or sticking with one finish for a unified look.
Blu Dot was founded in 1997 by John Christakos, Charles Lazor, and Maurice Blanks, three college friends who wanted to bring modern design and quality furnishing to everyone. Based in Minneapolis, Blu Dot does just that today - designing wall shelves, chairs, sofas, and a variety of home accessories. Blu Dot Wonder Wall floating shelves have a distinct feel and appearance with its personality and flair.
No hardware is provided with this beauty. It is powder coated steel and attaches to the wall in 2 places. You will want to visit the hardware store (where hopefully everyone knows your name) and purchase screws appropriate for your wall. Also, due to the lack of mounting hardware, there is no weight bearing capacity. But I have mounted this shelf and can tell you it can hold a massive amount of weight if mounted into something sturdy.

Mounting hardware is sold separately. The Wonder Wall shelf attaches to the wall with two screws that are easily accessible from the front by removing the back panel. You will need to purchase hardware appropriate for your wall. Two screws and accompanying washers and possibly drywall anchors or masonry screws will work in most instances.
