Perhaps the most distinctive aspect of the Aeron Chair is its Pellicle material. Depending upon the Base and Frame options selected, you can choose from a large assortment of Pellicle materials. This option really provides you with an opportunity to express your unique style. Pellicle was a deliberate design strategy in that its transparency symbolizes the free flow of air to the skin in the same way window screens and other permeable membranes permit the flow of air, light or moisture.

When choosing your upholstery color, you should know that there are some upholstery/frame combinations that aren't available. Quartz, Zinc, and White Gold upholsteries are only available with the Titanium frame. The rest of the colors are available with the Graphite or Polished Aluminum frames.
