If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. In the event that you do want to return or exchange your purchase, simply pack your Smart Furniture back into its original box and call our customer service department at 888-GO-SMART for instructions. Keep in mind that we will only provide refunds for undamaged components. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns/exchanges on purchases over $1000. |
