Desk Chair Parts at Smart Furniture
Turning Fixer-Uppers into Fixed-Uppers
We wish our desk chairs were made of adamantium like Wolverine's claws, built to last for forever, forcing the question of obsolescence into our heads as we age tiredly into the future with our task chairs remaining largely unchanged. Imagine a chair that quietly sits at your desk, forever reminding you of your own fragility, stoically spinning into infinity. The pneumatic cylinder, imbued with everlasting life, continues pumping up and down on its cushion of air, and no parrot attempts to chew your armrests (yes, a customer actually had a parrot eat his Aeron Chair armrests one time).
But task chairs aren't like that. They break over time. While our chairs are covered under some really great warranties, certain things like parrots eating your armrests sadly don't fall under the normal terms of service. That's why we offer replacement parts for the chairs that we sell. Even if you didn't buy your task chair from us, you can still find the replacement parts you need here, and we'll even help make sure you get fitted with the perfect ones.
Heck, sometimes, tragedy isn't even required to cause you to need replacement parts. Maybe you bought your Aeron Chair 5 years ago with the carpet casters, but you moved into a new home with incredible marble floors. Well guess, what? Now you need soft casters for your hard floors. We can help with that. Maybe you accidentally dropped a steak knife on your Aeron Chair's backrest. We can help with that. Maybe you want a new lumbar support because yours has gotten a little lumpy. We can help with that.
