About The Manufacturer
Located in the furniture mecca of High Point, North Carolina, Stanley is in the business of creating. They don't simply create furniture - they also create a lifestyle and an entire look. Each piece of furniture they manufacture is part of a greater whole, a series that - when put together - makes your home look like a professional decorator has been involved.
Stanley creates their stylish furniture using only the finest-grade woods and high-quality, well crafted joints and hardware. Their hand-crafted designs - both solid wood and veneer on a solid wood core - focus on grain quality and a superior cut for a result that is remarkable in its quality. Stanley's wood is air dried for up to six months, depending on thickness, and then further drained of moisture in a dry kiln for two to eight weeks. The result? Stable, well-acclimated furniture that is as dependable in dry climates as it is in humid regions.
When each piece of Stanley furniture is ready to be finished, it goes through a 30-step process. Stanley's process results in a durable, lustrous finish. Even the pieces that are antiqued or distressed are given protective coatings by hand at the end of the process. Then, as a final step, they are hand waxed and rubbed before final inspection. Stanley is rigorous in their inspection process to ensure that you receive only the best furniture for your home.
