Environmental Information

Contrary to the common idea, products in plastic materials are highly ecological for the reason that they can be recycled (with the exception of polyurethane, little used in Kartell products). Thus, Kartell furniture can be easily recycled. In order to simplify the recycling process, the various components of Kartell products can be easily separated and reduced to elements made of one single material. Moreover, the plastic parts of each product carry, clearly printed, an identification mark to determine the correct classification of the different kinds of plastic and their effective recycling.

Comments about Kartell Upper Step Ladder:

So first, the great things. The ladder is beautiful. It fits perfectly under the desk in the kitchen. It doubles as a stool. It just looks so good in the kitchen. Perfect for reaching shelves and sitting and hanging out. It doesn't have any railing on top to hold on to so it took some getting used to. At first the steps seemed a little slippy in socks but not anymore.

Overall, I couldn't be happier but it's not the sort of ladder I'd let my youngest climb! Would I buy it again, for sure!

Service and delivery comments:

Great service. Would have been nice to receive weekly updates on status of ladder's arrival since it did take about six weeks, but overall, I would shop here again. Every time I called the people on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful.
