Program Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions set forth membership in the SmartFurniture.com ("Smart Furniture") Small Business Program. Smart furniture may change these terms and conditions from time to time, and such changes will be noted here. Any changes to Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted here, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions. Members may cancel any time and for any reason by calling (888) 467-6278.
Small Business Program Discounts
The Small Business Program discount is not valid with any other offer, on internet purchases, previous purchases, purchase of sale items at Smart Furniture, purchase of gift cards, promotional items, gift wrap, shipping, and processing fees or taxes. Smart Furniture reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the discount at its discretion.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. To qualify, the following credentials are required to open an account:
- W9, Federal Tax ID form, or official document showing EIN number
- Business card or letter on business letterhead
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.
Membership is not transferrable. Membership can only be used by the named individual. Misuse of membership may result in termination of membership. Misuse includes, without limitation: use of the small business discount for personal purchases, any resale of merchandise purchased using the discount through any retail outlet (e.g. resale on or through any retail or auction website or store), reimbursement of discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allow others to use the membership, and submitting false, expired, or misleading information in connection with a membership application.
Smart Furniture reserves the right to terminate any membership at its discretion when these Terms & Conditions have been violated, with or without notice to the member. Smart Furniture reserves the right to cancel the Small Business Program at its discretion, with or without notice to members.
Return Policy for Business Orders over $5,000
As much as we would like to extend the 45-day consumer policy to Business Orders over $5,000, the cost and expense to us makes it impossible. Our 45-Day Return Policy is exclusively for consumers. Any business order over $5,000 (“Business Orders”) will not be eligible for the 45-day return policy.
In the event there is a manufacturing defect or the products arrive damaged on a Business Order, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. If you intend to place a Business Order and have any questions about the color, materials, size or any related matters, please contact our sales team. We will work with you, but as a businessperson, we expect you to make an informed decision about any items you purchase. We will provide you with samples and swatches to help, but before placing your order, please be sure that you are purchasing the right size, color, etc. because your business will not be able to return the product for a refund if you make a mistake.
We love business customers and we want your business. If we make a mistake, we will be the first to take responsibility and fix it. In the case of Business Orders over $5,000, we need you to put on your big boy and big girl pants, take some responsibility for making the right decision, and we will do our best to make the experience a good one.
