No Charges Until Your Order Ships
At SmartFurniture.com, you are able to customize many products to fit your personal styles and preferences. Many of those products are made to order and have longer lead times. Most stores charge your credit card as soon as you place your order for custom stuff, but we don't. We charge your card around 48 hours prior to shipping. For local deliveries surrounding the Chattanooga, TN area-- your order will be charged once your delivery has been scheduled. Please contact us in advance for any special billing requests.
